What is your minimum order size?
It depends on the product line: in general we operate from groupage (LCL) loads of 5–10 m³ or full pallets, and full container loads (FCL) in agri-food and construction. Tell us your volume and we will confirm feasibility.
How are payment and quality secured?
We work with letters of credit, bank guarantees and cash-against-documents as appropriate, and arrange pre-shipment inspections (PSI) with independent bodies as the contractual quality reference.
Do you charge for the first assessment?
No. The initial feasibility assessment, cost guidance and first proposal are free of charge and without obligation. Fees are agreed in writing before any operation starts.
In which languages can you assist me?
We work in English, Spanish and Turkish, with Arabic negotiation capacity for the Gulf markets.
