Privacy policy

This policy describes how MIRACLE HAUTE MAISON SL processes the personal data of website users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp (identification, professional contact details and the content of your inquiry) for the following purposes:
- Handling and managing your inquiries and quotation requests.
- Maintaining the commercial and pre-contractual relationship arising from your request.
- Complying with the legal obligations applicable to the Company.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the application of pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b), and the legitimate interest in maintaining commercial communication with professional contacts (art. 6.1.f).
4. Retention
Data are kept for as long as the relationship lasts or as needed for the purpose for which they were collected and, thereafter, blocked for the limitation periods of applicable legal liabilities.
5. Recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties except under legal obligation. Service providers acting as processors (for example, web hosting and email) may access data under contracts executed pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.
If you use the currency converter, your browser requests exchange rates directly from an external provider; in that request the provider may process your IP address under its own policy.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@miraclehautemaison.com with the reference “Data protection”, providing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The Company applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption of the site and access control to information.
